Qualifications are awarded by the relevant awarding body, under its own rules. How a qualification is recognised can depend on the country and employer.

The text, photos, videos and designs on this site belong to LIFN or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal use, but please don't copy or republish our content without asking us first.

Our calculators and blog articles are for general information only. They are not medical advice — speak to a doctor or qualified professional before starting a new training or nutrition programme.
